   How are you? I saw that you use the APC40 with Resolume. How are your experiences? It’s a solid unit I think!

   Do you have the APC40 fully programmed in Resolume? If so, do you mind sharing your setup with me? It would be much appreciated!

   Hi Paul!

   I use the APC40 not only for RESOLUME but also for Ableton M4L. The unit is absolutely top quality and solid. I made ​​some feedback mappings in Cycling Max and Javascript. The MIDI controller data are normal mapped in RESOLUME. So check it out. It’s just an idea from me. The workflow is probably a little individual.    10/2011 What’s New in Resolume 4 – MIDI Output

   Yes, you can now make the buttons on your Akai APC40 light up or (even more fun) make the motorized faders move up and down on your Behringer BCF2000. All you have to do is enable MIDI output in the MIDI Preferences and all MIDI mapped controllers and notes will be sent out.

   I have followed the steps from the installation guide, but i don’t think I have managed to make it work. Is there an available example of how it should behave once setup is complete? Thanks a lot!

   Hi Andri! If it works, then the matrix should light up when pressing buttons. My attempt is relatively complicated compared to the new version of Resolume 4, which supports MIDI feedback streams, and hence the APC 40 / 20 and so on. I have the new version 4 of Resolume for two weeks in the test and I am excited.
